OUR MISSION

Conquest Workforce empowers adults in the Greater Cincinnati–Dayton area to overcome barriers to employment and build long-term financial independence through work, coaching, and community partnerships. We believe people are capable of change when given opportunity, accountability, and support.

OUR STORY

Founded in 2023, Conquest Workforce was created to address the root causes of employment instability—not just the symptoms. Rather than offering short-term relief, we walk alongside program participants through job training, placement, and ongoing coaching. Our model focuses on sustainability, dignity, and long-term success for individuals and their households.
